The TopGun product is an Elastomeric Emulsion exterior below grade waterproofing membrane that can be applied over almost any clean, dry, sound substrate. It features our hightest Residential "Limited -Lifetime" warranty and is a waterproofing industry product leader.

Because the product is asphalt-based it adheres to the wall as tenaciously as tar, but its rubbery nature allows it to stretch to bridge the minor shrinkage and expansion cracks typical in poured concrete walls. It carries a limited lifetime warranty that can be transferred to future owners of the home, adding both value and protection.
